Laser Cutting capacities –

We have two dual pallet 4000 Watt Trumpf Lasers one with a 5’ by 10’ bed, and one 6’ by 12’ bed

We can cut:
mild steel to 3/4"
aluminum to 3/8"
stainless steel to 5/8"

Our Laser Cutting area can handle very large production-run quantities of parts, or we can make, just one part that may be required for a repair project or prototype application.

We use several different CAD and Solid Model programs to make sure we can import and process your drawings as quickly as possible, no matter what type of CAD system you are using! If needed, we can work with you as you design your parts, including drafting or solid modeling services, and then creating your prototype parts.

Whether we supply materials or you do, we will do our best to nest the parts for maximum yield.

We stock many of the materials we Laser cut, including, mild steel, high strength-low alloy materials, stainless steel and aluminum sheet products.

The materials we have on hand are available in various gauges and sizes. We can also order non-stock materials from a variety of reputable sources to provide you with whatever materials are specified on your prints
