Fabrication
Young Manufacturing's facility is dedicated to producing quality parts and assemblies for our customers to their exacting specifications. Bring us a sketch, send us an electronic drawing, or provide us with your prototype part. Our qualified staff, along with our Trumpf Lasers and CNC Press Brakes can produce the parts that you need.

Laser Cutting
YMI now has three lasers to help satisfy the demand from our customers. In May 2008 a new 3D laser was added. This machine is capable of cutting three dimensional metal material such as tube, channel or extrusions.

Tube Bending
In 2008 Young Manufacturing added a YLM tube bender. This device is capable of bending square or round tube up to 2 inches in diameter and a wall thickness .098. With the CNC capabilities it can be programmed to make multiple bends.

Metal Stamping
With a wide variety of stamping and forming presses ranging from 10 to 350 tons virtually no job is beyond our capabilities. Backed by a complete machine / tool and die shop we offer you the convenience of being your one-stop-shop.

Welding
With decades of experience we are able to offer our customers superior quality and tremendous flexibility to handle your welding needs. We are equipped to create welding fixtures and jigs in house for all types of fabricated products, from simple to highly complex.

Assembly
If your product needs assembly, we are equipped to assist you from print to completed part. Just let us know what we can do to help you through the process.

Our shipping department makes sure that your parts get delivered to you on time and to your specifications. We will take care of your order in a timely manner.
