Welding
We have an entire department and even a separate building dedicated to welding at Young Manufacturing (Mfg.) Inc. The actual welding area the crew uses is approx. 5000 sq/ft, while the entire building has 14,400 sq/ft to store the welding jigs, partial weldments, assemblies and finished product.
We can handle spot-welding so that your parts can be assembled in a timely manner.
We are also experts at MIG (wire feed) welding all three main base metals: Mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
One of the areas we excel in is manufacturing and welding large assemblies for farm equipment.
Our CAD systems and 3D modeling technologies allow us to create accurate and productive welding jigs, so you know you are getting the best part every time.
Our welding department consists of 8 full-time welders and we are dedicated to making each of our welding jigs hold up to constant use for thousands of parts if your production demand requires it.
We have approx. 17 MIG units, and 2 TIG units that can handle even the most demanding assembly.
